Tala is a new face to Johto, and potentially to this world. She claims the only one she had known prior is one without humans.
As timid and shy as she may appear, Tala is no pushover in a fight. She likes to help others, even strangers, strive for their dreams. Making her own goals is a whole other hurtle to go through, however.
Fun Facts:

Her design was inspired by pine martens and wolverines.

As a fire type she rarely gets cold, even in harsh snowstorms. The main exception to this is whenever rain is involved.

While not as talkative as the others, she enjoys company. Her favorite bonding activity is berry picking with Cuvin.
Xavier
Sentret

Nature: Relaxed (by appearance)
Birthday: January 23rd
Introduced in: Chapter 1
Status: Deceased
Xavier started the entire journey after a fateful encounter with Ho-Oh in a dream. Since then, he left his family to become the hero he always wanted to be, even if he was often unsure if he had what it takes.
Unfortunately, his life ended before he could've been recorded in history, but his legacy might just have what it takes to stand the tests of time.

His facial design was inspired by the character Scout from DragonWolfRooke's "Nuzrooke."

In Chapter 3 his coat began changing colors, that's because he was growing his winter coat.
Cuvin
Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill

Birthday: October 14th
Introduced in: Chapter 1
Status: Alive
Cuvin is smart, analytic, and sometimes a little cranky. Among his more quiet and/or serious companions, he likes to lighten the mood.
As a weedle, Cuvin was practically defenseless. That was why he put a lot of thought into his decisions. He usually avoided trouble, but sometimes, he couldn't resist a trick or two.
As a beedrill, he gains a drive to use his newfound strength to help those he couldn't before.

Cuvin can read braille.

He's named after a similar-sounding nickname I gave my Grandfather.
Wyvern
Pidgey
Male
Nature: Hasty
Birthday: December 10th
Introduced in: Chapter 2
Status: Alive
Like Xavier, Wyvern can have a drive to get something done if he feels like the outcome can benefit either himself or the greater good.
After his most daring plan costed the life of his dearest friend, he wrestles with himself on whether it's worth fighting for any sort of cause. While he thinks he lost his drive, he still joined the team. Maybe to prove himself wrong.
Wyvern is also commonly approached by team members for personal advice. He's not sure why.

The pidgey line can have a variety of physical features depending on the breed. His is inspired by eagles.

I didn't plan on giving him eyebrows, but there's no going back now.
Una
Zubat
Female
Nature:
Birthday: June 5th
Introduced in: Chapter 2
Status: Deceased
Una liked to take life in a relaxed way. She felt like it was often more serious than it needed to be. It was better to save her energy for when it was really needed.
Her fondest exceptions were for photography. She never told anyone how she learned how to use a camera, but no one wanted to truly stop her either.

Her anatomy is based on fruit bats.

I don't remember why I named her, but if I could guess, it could be because she was a one of a kind.
Leo
Geodude
Male
Nature:
Birthday: May 4th
Introduced in: Chapter 3
Status: Alive
Leo likes simplicity. He's normally content staying alone in his own world. The problem is that he's been doing that for at least 130 years. Maybe now's a good time to get out and explore the world a little bit more, and to teach the younger generation a little discipline while he's at it.

He's intended to have a southern accent.

He often calls other Pokemon by their species rather than their name out of courtesy. Him specifically giving Cuvin the nickname, "Kevin," is a reference to a parody comic by my friend.
Wyn
Togepi
Male
Nature:
Birthday: December 1st
Introduced in: Chapter 3 (2 as egg)
Status: Alive
Wyn was born not too long ago, so he's a bit too young to develop a strong personality yet. All that the others know so far is that he's positive, energetic, and very smart.
So smart, that he's learning faster than anyone's ready to teach him.

His design is inspired by snowy owls.

He's closest to Wyvern, but also sees the entire team as parent-figures.
